The goal is simple: Help caregivers stay in treatment by supporting the everyday things that make it hard to show up.
See You Through Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports caregivers participating in mental health and substance use treatment by helping reduce the practical barriers that can interfere with recovery. Through practical support, education and outreach, and community connection and resource navigation, we work to help caregivers remain engaged in treatment while continuing to care for their families.

See You Through Project provides practical, short-term support tailored to the unique needs of each caregiver during mental health or substance use treatment. Support may include meal assistance, grocery delivery, prepared meals, childcare-related assistance during treatment hours, help with errands or essential household tasks, and transportation support.

See You Through Project is committed to increasing awareness of the practical barriers that can interfere with mental health and substance use treatment for caregivers and families. Through educational resources, community outreach, and collaboration with local organizations and providers, we aim to promote understanding, reduce stigma, and help connect caregivers with meaningful support during treatment and recovery.

See You Through Project is committed to helping caregivers remain engaged in mental health and substance use treatment by reducing the practical barriers that can interfere with recovery. We believe in a system where no caregiver has to choose between treatment and meeting their family’s basic needs. Our work is grounded in the values of compassion, service, connection, and practical care for individuals and families navigating some of life’s most vulnerable moments.

We are grateful to partner with Nutre, whose commitment to nutrition and wellness aligns closely with our mission. Through this partnership, we can make meal support more accessible for caregivers participating in mental health and substance use treatment, reducing one of the many practical barriers that can interfere with recovery.

As both an attorney and a parent, Katelyn understands how difficult it can be to balance caregiving responsibilities with personal wellbeing, especially during periods of crisis or treatment. She founded See You Through Project to help ensure that caregivers feel supported, connected, and able to remain engaged in treatment.
